Costa is a passionate and highly skilled physiotherapist who prides himself in providing exceptional care. Costa received his Bachelor’s in Health Science and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degrees from the University of Hartford, while on a Division 1 soccer scholarship.

A Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), Costa is among a small percentage of Physiotherapists who have completed an extensive post-graduate program from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Costa’s clinical expertise is in hands-on manual therapy and exercise conditioning to restore optimal recovery. His treatment includes traditional acupuncture, and he also has a certificate in Integrated Dry Needling. Costa has close to 20 years experience as a personal trainer, which complements his physiotherapy background and treatments.

Costa also serves as a mentor to physiotherapists pursuing their advanced diploma of manual and manipulative physiotherapy. When he is not treating patients, Costa enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and exercising.

Malcolm Loukides, MScPT, BSc.Hons.

Physiotherapist

Dry Needling | FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine


Malcolm graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. His undergraduate studies were completed at York University, where he received an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while on a soccer scholarship.

Malcolm believes in a therapeutic approach that balances manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient-education. He takes an individualized approach that aims to help patients get back to doing what they love.

Malcolm has an interest in treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, leading him to pursue further education in manual therapy. Through his years of playing competitive and semi-professional soccer, he has developed a passion for managing sport related injuries. He has expanded his clinical expertise by completing the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine.

Malcolm appreciates the role of myofascial pain in acute and chronic pain presentations and has integrated trigger point dry needling into his practice.

Robert Chong, MScPT, BKin

Physiotherapist


Robert graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor in Kinesiology and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. During his time at the University of Toronto he worked with many of their varsity teams providing strength and conditioning to high performance athletes.

Additionally, during his clinical placements he had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of neurological and orthopaedic populations which expanded his treatment skills.

Whether you’re the weekend warrior, trying to get back to work, or just want to return to the activities that you love doing, Robert will work with you to achieve your goals.

Robert utilizes a patient centered approach that combines patient education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. Utilizing his experience from working with a wide variety of populations, Robert works with patients to analyze their movement and find the best combination of hands-on treatment and exercises to get them moving optimally.

Robert has a keen interest in treating orthopaedic conditions for individuals of all ages and is pursuing further education in manual therapy. Additionally, he is also interested in expanding his expertise to treat concussion and vestibular conditions in the future.

In his spare time, you can find Robert playing basketball, spike ball, weight lifting, hiking and traveling.

Sandra Kyritsis, RMT

Clinic Manager


Sandra is a caring and passionate clinician, as a massage therapist she has training in various therapeutic techniques. Sandra is an integral part of the Donwood team, her vast knowledge in injury rehabilitation and exercise prescription complements our patient recovery experience.

Sandra manages the clinic’s day to day operations, and encourage a friendly, caring and nurturing healing environment.

In her spare time, she enjoys being a mother to her two beautiful children, and spending time with her husband. Sandra also loves strength training, running, and travelling.

Angie Antinopo

Patient Care Coordinator


Angie joined the Donwood Physiotherapy in July 2020, and has quickly become a valuable member of the team. She has a friendly and client-centered personality that contributes to a positive, warm, and welcoming environment for our patients.

Angie earned a Physiotherapy Assistant diploma from Medix College and a diploma for Medical Office Administration from TriOS College; both with honourable distinction.

In her spare time, Angie enjoys a relaxing walk in the park, biking along trails and spending time with her kids and her partner

Samantha Trimboli

Patient Care Coordinator


Samantha is the newest addition to our administrative support team. Along with her many years of office managerial and administrative experience, Samantha recently graduated with honors from Medix College with her Medical Office Administration diploma. Her passion for helping others and desire to constantly learn and grow is in line with our values at Donwood Physiotherapy.

In her spare time, Samantha loves to spend time with her family and immerse herself in a good book
